Stephen Bell is a professional resilience coach and therapist but also studying towards becoming a qualified counsellor. He is a mentor specialising in creating resilience in one to one or group sessions.
He works with people like you who may need clarity around their life and particularly with men, who are finding that they currently need some support finding the resources to lead a quality and renaissance lifestyle.
Stephen is fully trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and personal performance coaching, as well as being a mentor for the Armed Forces charity SSAFA and a Mental Health First Aider for MHFA.
He has established a firm knowledge of coaching over 25 years and applied his skills within the Police and Armed forces, engaging people in life-threatening situations, who need support with their mental health and development.
